Background & Role
As Client Service Manager, Joyce works to establish strong client relationships by assessing client needs to ensure they have a superior experience working with PJS Investment Management. She works to create trust and confidence in clients through problem-solving, careful listening, being exceptionally responsive to client requests, and proactively assisting Portfolio Managers with meetings and follow-up. She helps organize and maintain client information while ensuring tasks are scheduled and completed. Joyce also conducts research to find answers to various financial planning, tax, insurance, retirement, and estate planning questions.
Joyce spent the first 10 years of her career in the banking industry. She then transitioned into the financial planning and investment management industry while working at several local brokerage firms in the Milwaukee area. Joyce joined PJS Investment Management in 2015. She continues to work as an independent tax preparer for individuals and small businesses.
Joyce is married and lives in Cedarburg. She has three adult daughters, three granddaughters and two grandsons. Her favorite times in life are making memories with her family, cooking, reading, volunteering, and traveling throughout the US with her husband on their Harley.
