PJS formally invites you to join us on October 4th for a Perspectives on Aging Well Forum with Dr. David Ferguson, M.D.

Dr. Ferguson is a Life Care Planner and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® with over 30 years of experience as a physician.  During the presentation, Dr. Ferguson will discuss the value of developing a life plan and share perspectives on what it means to age well. 

The following are objectives Dr. Ferguson will discuss during this forum:

1. Describe elements researchers have reported to be important in aging well

2. Discuss components to consider in developing a life care plan

3. Examine ways to tackle some of the tough conversations

4. Assemble a roadmap for the trip ahead

Timeline of Evening:

5:00pm-6:00pm: Presentation by Dr. Ferguson

6:00pm-7:00pm: Q&A and Social Hour
